Hovi Studio provides an intuitive interface for issuing verifiable credentials to recipients through established connections. The Issue Credentials module allows tenants to seamlessly issue credentials based on predefined credential templates.

Prerequisites​

Before issuing a credential template, ensure the following:

  1. You are registered with the Hovi Studio.
  2. You have completed the onboarding process, which includes creating an ecosystem.
  3. You have a connection established with the holder.
  4. You have a credential template.

Steps to issue a credential​

Follow these steps to issue a credential in Hovi Studio for Privado.ID ecosystem.

  1. Sign in to Hovi Studio.

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Credential Workflow.

    i. Under this dropdown click on the Connection.

  3. Click on the issue credential button.

  4. Select Template, Connection and put credential data and then click on Issue Credential

  5. Click on Show QR Code button and scan the QR code the credential will be added in your wallet shortly.
